Real Estate Bookkeeping – Specialized Pricing

My work with real estate investors involves a more advanced, visual framework built inside QuickBooks Online. Initial setup and cleanup are billed hourly at $135/hour, due to the detailed structure and project-based strategy involved. After that, custom packages are available depending on the number of properties and ongoing support needs.

Monthly packages are available after setup and are based on the number of properties and the level of ongoing involvement you need—whether that is light oversight or full reconciliation and reporting.
